At the Bass Museum, Horninglow Street, Burton on Trent
The venue for this years Midland Concours was the Bass Museum. An ideal setting, it brings together a unique collection of artifacts and memorabilia, tracing the history of the brewing industry, it's overseas trade and the family of William Bass. It offers extensive displays and exhibits including historic vehicles and a pub with most excellent beer - well it would have to, wouldn't it?
The day turned out warm and sunny and the event attracted a good entry. If you weren't too busy polishing, it was an ideal opportunity to socialise and catch up with old friends.
A big thanks to those taking part, to the judges and to Mell for adding up all the marks.
